Just something to keep in mind if you use the IIFYM calculators online… If you have more than 20lbs to lose the calculators will likely be off for you.

Although it’s going to be different for everyone, I suggest trying an aggressive deficit with fat set around .3g and protein set around .6-.7g. Again, this will depend on how much you have to lose.  If you have 100lbs to lose it’s going to be a very different formula.

Lorena Valenzuela name is Lorena..I'm 42 tears old..I want to get to a healthy weight.I weight 172 and I'm 5'7 but don't feel healthy.....I have been reading your info on intagram and facebook.I just can't understand how micros and calories work.It just sounds so confusing...especialy how would I measure all that when my meals are almosr all home made..Do you have any program that would help me...I definitely would like to get toned also...thank tou for your time.
