We will start out with an interview so I can get to know your current activity level, eating habits, and your goals. I like to start out with a Skype session with my clients so we can get going on the right foot and I can answer any questions or concerns you may have. I will also go over proper form for your exercise moves. I will request a picture and your measurements to track your progress (I will not share these photos unless you give me permission).

Each week you will check-in with me on your progress and we will adjust your macros as needed.

Custom Workout Plans

I will create a custom training regime tailored to your specific goals, current activity level, injuries, equipment, etc. Can be:

1. Six or twelve week plans
2. Home or gym workouts
3. Focus on certain muscle groups/body parts (ex. grow glutes/butt)
