Online Nutrition Programs

You have the option to choose from tracking macronutrients (also known as IIFYM or flexible dieting) or;

following a meal template (this is NOT a set meal plan, instead you will have certain portions and specific items you can choose from

  1. Customized macros OR meal template based on your stats & goals
  2. Education & resources on how to be successful in your nutrition program
  3. 24 hour phone support for help staying on track, questions, and concerns
  4. Accountability log where client can track progress and provide feedback. Checked weekly so adjustments can be made

We will start out with an interview so I can get to know you, your current activity level, eating habits, and goals. I will request starting pictures and measurements to track your progress (I will not share these photos unless you give me permission). Each week you will check-in with me on your progress and we will adjust your program as needed. In between weekly check-ins I am available for any questions or concerns. The more you communicate with me the more likely you are to succeed in this program, and I’m more than happy to help!

VIP Nutrition Program

I created the VIP program after working with over 1,000 clients and noticing specific trends in what people struggle with the most. The VIP program is made to provide extra support and accountability for those who have struggled with weight loss and dieting for years. The program covers important components of successful thinking, goal-setting, proper nutrition, and more.

  1. 12 week program with customized macronutrients or meal template
  2. Education & resources on how to be successful in your nutrition program
  3. 24 hour phone support for help staying on track, questions, and concerns
  4. Accountability log where client can track progress and provide feedback that is checked weekly so adjustments can be made
  5. 2-3 text check-ins per week to provide extra motivation and accountability
  6. Weekly access to an hour long webinar in a small group setting where we cover various topics that will help the client succeed

Custom Training Program

I create a custom training program tailored to your specific goals, current activity level, injuries, equipment available, etc. Each week builds on the one before to ensure we are progressively overloading muscles. You can choose from:

  1. Four or 12 week plan
  2. Home or gym workouts
  3. Prioritize fat loss or muscle growth
  4. Focus on certain muscle groups/body parts (ex. grow glutes/butt)
